Cancellation is possible as long as your order has not been shipped. Once the shipping label has been generated and the package has been sent, we will no longer be able to cancel it. In this case, you can request a return upon receipt of the package, following the instructions on our returns portal and referring to our return policy for more details.

Returns & Exchanges

When applying, please provide us with the following information:
Order number (example: #4530)
Name and size of the item concerned
Product photos showing: The defect clearly from several angles
The entire item, complete with protective bag and shipping packaging
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery . If your claim is accepted, we will issue a refund based on the current price of the defective item.
Once your items are received by our warehouse, it may take up to 7 days to process your return and issue a refund. We recommend tracking your package to see when it arrives.
Once your item has been inspected and your request has been validated, the refund will be issued directly to your original payment method. Please note that depending on the bank, it may take up to 15 days for the transaction to appear in your account.
If the return conditions are not met, your request may be refused. In this case, our customer service will contact you to inform you that your items will be returned to the address indicated when ordering .
